Nabbbss.. The stock is at .0001-.0002

So, I respectfully must point out that I think your scenario is unlikely.

You say this:

One small hitch, however ------> The new PTEL Shares are
Restricted for six months. It's actually good that they ARE!
Otherwise, too many new PTEL Shareholders would Sell their
Shares, and the Share-Price of PTEL --- WHATEVER it is or would be ---
certainly would not benefit!

But with a price at .0001, even if everyone dumps their shares at once, the price can't really go much lower, can it?

It might go to no bid, but "Tony's" companies and former companies have always done that. It is a well-known phenomenon, and a matter of public record. I don't think the shareholders are to blame for that, it will happen even if they never sell.

Besides...what makes you think everyone would sell their shares?

Don't you also say this?

Considering the possibilities and the big picture, it's not too long to wait.

So, it seems to me that the "possibilities" and "the big picture" would mean that shareholders would not sell their shares, doesn't it? So why expect that they would?

Frankly, if I may offer my viewpoint, I actually agree with you that a lot of shareholders will dump their shares if it becomes possible to do so. Not all, but a lot.

But I have to (again, with my utmost respect) disagree that ANY "restriction" on shares is a "good" thing.

It is a bad thing, because it simply keeps the shareholders hostage to the whims of a CEO who has already proven to be one of the most egregious and prolific dilutors in recent memory.

That can't be good.
