one of our high altitiude RPV's was in competition with the U2, that was produced by LM. We were able to accomplish the same task as they to the point we also had the U2 as a chase plane, the pilot of the U2 said that he was having a tough time controlling is position but our aircraft without a man was flying wings level. Not all thing that they do means that they can do everything better. We(GTE)still have a good platform to accomplish the military and commercial aspect of stratospheric communication.
