I think the problem is that one of our fellow posters has convinced potential investors that it is not ok to invest in this company unless you also buy a dynovalve.

Since at the time of the Disclosure Statement it appears that the number of shareholders was a good bit more than the number of dynovalve owners, we clearly have way to many investors already.
