i'd much rather mgmt focus on what they can control

Let me see if I can clear up for you exactly what that is these days. And the answer is, "not much". People must open their minds and adjust to the reality of the current situation. Shareholders, their investment and Expo Holdings, Inc. are of absolutely zero concern to Brown or Harrs right now. Expo Holdings, Inc. stopped being of any importance to Brown and Harrs back in May 2011 when it finally became agregiously apparent to both of them that they had stolen, begged, borrowed and robbed the last dime out of the thing they were ever likely to get and it was OVER. And for the first time in over five years, Expo suddenly went from being their private ATM and literal license to steal to a liability...a liability like it had been to most of their common share investors in the company since day one. But not just a financial liability...no, this was a liability that could collapse their personal finances and send both their loathsome keisters to prison. The second that realization hit them, the entire investment in Expo Holdings, Inc. was gone. Your investment, the "boots on the ground"'s investements, the myterious locals holding billions and billions of shares, grandma, grandpa, Elmer, Cletus and Earl. The Southern Candles boyz if they were still holding their 20th or 21st repurchase, the dentist, the employees, the MMs and the secret clandestine agents no one has ever seen. ALL GONE. Because at that moment Harrs and Brown no longer saw Expo Holdings, Inc. as a company but solely as a sacrificial lamb to protect them and their personal assets (much of which was grifted from Expo's sharehgolders to begin with) from the Feds, their bank and Wurth Wood which were going to have to seize and liquidate everything they both had if they ever wanted to see all their money. Because Expo was now nothing but a shell...pillaged and robbed blind over a period of five years by it's own management.

There is no Expo Holdings, Inc. anymore. The TA is likely going unpaid and will step away soon. They seem to have let their NV corporate business license lapse and didn't even go to the trouble of updating their corporate officers. The IRS is likely getting very, VERY close to seizing the small amount of physical property that is left if there has been no money forthcoming from revenues for awhile. And I don't see how they possibly could have gotten their hands on any money at all since it is rumored they owe family and friends for previous personal loans they have yet to repay. They have no bank to source operating capital. They have no business of consequence that would provide revenues in excess of what the IRS will be seizing from their factoring accounts (possibly along with the State of NC, Southern Bank and Wurth Wood). They have apparently sold off 83.4% of the 2010 value if not the bulk of their warehouse woodworking machinery and equipment making it questionable as to whether or not they could produce anything if they did have orders or raw materials to build displays and cabinets for them. They won't be getting a supplier to front them raw materials without full payment up front...that's a lock. IT IS OVER. FINSIHED. DONE.

So, just what is it that Harrs and Brown can still "control"? Simple, they can dime out their shareholders and their worthless company to save their own keisters. And that is EXACTLY what is happening. Expo Holdings, Inc. suffered a mortal blow in May 2011. It died at the end of July 2011. It was buried the day they annouced the lie that they were "re-scheduling" a shareholder meeting they knew full well at that time would never, ever be held. It is well past the time to get a grip...Harrs and Brown control and care about NOTHING except their own personal assets. And they barely control them. EXPH shares are worthless, the company is dead. IT IS OVER. DEAL WITH IT. It isn't like this hasn't become a fairly familiar scenario to **some** certain entities...IMHO.
