PPs driver don't exist in your book.
I understand that from your previous msg that you don't believe that company won't be profitable .

Your all the assumption on negative side .

1. You did not mentioned about possibility of any solid partnership.

2. You said all the employee will be paid 150 k on an average. Seriously! Too high no. IMO .

3. Acne scar was a phase2 /3 study. Not phase 2 only. They are in active dialogue with FDA regarding validation of the score as there is no approved therapy for this five billion dollar market.

4. They just applied for burn scar orphan designation. Wait to hear back from FDA. Positive news will certainly affect price to some extant .
