A QUESTION to you. But, if MMTE has 18,000 acres (thru CLIL), then why doesn't our balance sheet show a POSITIVE as for what the 18,000 acres is valued at?

It is 0 as far as I can tell, 0 $$$ and 0 land, otherwise we would have a POSITIVE in the land value category???? Wouldn't we?
