And if they are rolling in $ right now they wouldn't need a loan. Why pay interest when you don't have to?



I think there's some basic business stuff here that you are missing.
Ask around - you will find that lots of huge businesses with plenty of money take out gigantic loans. What $EMXC is doing is NOT unusual.
