Dug through the filings...I think the O/S is currently 41,309, 421 with A/S at 75 mil.

Saw where Randall McCoy is a director with a commission to be paid to him for his patent(s)?

Didn't need to call for information, but will keep it in mind in the future.

I assume they need funding like 1,000s of other start ups?
