Brett of Hayden IR explained that it's either diluting like a lot of companies in the OTC market to get funds which basically makes you lose nearly everything or doing a reverse split to attract bigger investors like institutional ones. I prefer the reverse split...

All is just my opinion and not meant to influence anybody's decision concerning their investment.
