Lori I do NOT AT ALL question what is FAIR and LEGAL in this matter. FEASIBILITY and IMPLEMENTATION are the key. The short position in dollars would be the size of like JNJ or something. LOL (not sure of the dollar amount) and I am surprised that EFGI's insurance has not been brought up more but whatever solution it has to have the ability to be implemented.

IMO the only way it could have stayed FAIR is it needed halted and covered pre-split -- I tried. After the split the money was to large. What is another FAIR solution. Everyone I have heard besides the full blown COVER (which should be) leaves someone out: those that sold post, pre, who bought after, etc.

Its the FULL BLOWN COVER and that is the ONLY fair solution but etc. etc. etc.

I have typed all day arguing with Ameritrade people (like usual) that is why my responses are becoming so windy. LOL
