thinklink, I would have to guess on your first question : " First question: How much of an issue the fraccing can be on the production cost and what affects can it have on the time line on production? " Since the holes are not real deep, my guess is that it would cost an additional couple dollars a barrel to frac. XIX, per Doug Gay, was fracced on almost every hole.
