Do you think that $127,000 in tax liens is good for a company that can't make $127,000 in revenues in a calendar year?
You don't want the answer to be spun into something foolish like, 'No, I don't think that tax lien is detrimental on a billion dollar company'.
Is the tax lien the reason why the CEO has not officially taken control after a year? If so, the answer is quite obvious. I await with eagerness how *someone* else responds.
