dan5, just got home..i did not try and phone yet..gleasons gym owner replied in email that he passed along my contact email to guzman's trainer saxby.. i have waited a day hoping that he would reply..i'm sure he's busy for fight. i'll locate the gym phone number that bruce sent and call in next few minutes. bruce did mention that saxby visited gym daily.. i'll holler back in a bit... also, i hope cgaq does manage to get all the confirmed fighters to show up oct 15..it really is a terrific fight card that should generate enormous local interest..with widespread promo, cgaq could reap huge exposure-multiple stories to promote here...guzman come back kid at age 35 with only 5 fights in 5 yrs, robles title on the line, louren is a splendid female boxer, diaz is an undefeated DR favorite who brought home gold medal in 2008, the up-and-coming, undefeated local valdez brothers...a lot for media to work with here!! ok,off now to check emails for gleason's phone number and call saxby...
