if she is as smart as she thinks she is. would be advisable to lets say pay off any outstanding bills with the money from the lawsuit and then either give a special distribution of eiher theremaining funds or a small stock divident as to value of it. to everyone. it is special and should not be a part of operations. seperate and alone
