I have just read about this stock today as I was looking at history for the most actives on the board rooms. Guess what I found out people?
The entire activity of this stock between August 2010 and December 2010 was based upon the Beach Haven Oil Terminal in Pennsylvania. That deal was terminated last year and officially was terminated after the March 18, 2011 EMLL news release that was trying to get one last ounce out of this deal and never closed. It was a good attempt at a great project. Gold was what your CEO eventually had to get into as he had nothing then but stamps(??). So here is the scoop.....It relates to EMLL only as this was the entire deal that EMLL was into at one point.

Go to www.greenbizness.com for the website and then go to Investors link for all the updates. That Home page also has the oil terminal called BEACH HAVEN OIL TERMINAL.

That oil terminal that excited so many people back then is still around and doing what I know they are doing now. Except it is much more exciting today then before. There is a company called Green Mountain Development Corp. that trades on the OTC under GMND that just came out with all their financials and a disclosure report on water purification and other alternative energy projects they are involved in.

Now this oil terminal is heavily involved in the Marcellus Shale massive natural gas find in Pennsylvania and also working with major firms like Range Resources and others. I spoke with people associated with this facility and they say "that they had an amicable break with EMLL and wish Mr. Khoo well in his new ventures". I asked them what there deal was with GMND and they said some kind of revenue sharing and that many tests and studies were already done at this facility since the March 2011. They also expect huge revenues for the fiscal year. I asked how many shares there are and guess what? They have 40 million shares in the float at 1 penny per share. The other 60 million is restricted for at least another 10 months and tightly held.

So, anyone who ever bought or wanted to buy EMLL BECAUSE of this oil terminal at one time should definitely get in now. I own 500,000 shares at 1 penny and I am accumulating more if I can. The stock was as high as 2 cents a couple months ago on good volume and this latest upgrade to get to Current Info Tier by the financial disclosures are one of the many reasons to get in.
The US department of Energy has also put GMNd news releases on their homepage.

Good luck to all you EMLL holders as gold is a safe play too.
