I'm also in BUGS right now. Does anyone else recall the Grandfathering-in of all the prior fails to deliver/naked shorts before Jan. 2005 (ALL the prior naked short positions!!!) To be at least somewhat fair to investors like me/us they would need to turn those fails into short shares...otherwise, those grandfathered naked short shares disappeared and became outright theft. So, if we were treated fairly (I wish) then, there could be some very large open short positions in many US stocks...and also in many more pennystocks than are listed by the NASDAQ reg SHO list. My point being here: That to my mind...because of the way BUGS has traded going back 3 years anyway...there may be millions of short shares. And if that's true and if their business continues on the path it's on now (check the news, consider it and do your DD) I think BUGS pps will be going much higher.

Any thoughts or opinions on BUGS or OCA folks? TIA.
