Tesla, do me a favor and answer a few qestions in regards to your post.

Tesla: it took JR over a year and I dont even know if he ever completed them, the whole deal hinged on that

Q: It it was taking JR that long to get his end done, why didn't Sam do anything about it?

MC1, It wasnt Sams job to get the audits and inspections done was it?? Maybe you should ask Jimbo why he dragged a$$ for over a year and still couldnt deliver on his end, you still talk to him everyweek dont you??

Tesla: JR sold out to the other place for 300,000.00, as far as Im concerned he completely mislead Sam about the value and what he had for sale, cant blame Sam for that either

Q: There's a belief here that Sam was jilted by JR and he's an experienced lawyer with years of experienced suing scams and spotting them a mile away. If JR was over charging him and sold out for less a few weeks after calling it quiets, why didn't Sam sniff it out and do anything about it?

MC1, if Jimbo was going to sell you a house for 700,000.00 USD, pending an appraisal/audit and inspection, and it turned out that the property was less than half the value than he was trying to sell it for, would you buy it for 700,000.00?? would you trust him at that point in the process?? This is the same guy who I recall was bragging that Renfro Energy LLC was going to sell a property for about ten times what he paid for it wasnt he?? Im assuming this is the deal he was bragging about...

Tesla: Renfro deserves more than his fare share of the blame here, the people he is associating himself with over at the other one today speaks volumes to me, I actually think Sam did the right thing here the more I look into this.

Q: Who is Renfro associating with "over there". When did Sam do the "right thing" and what "thing" was that? Jim resigned. Sam hasn't done anything. AND, you say the more you look into it...what have you looked into? What have you found out?

Please dont tell me that you do not know anything about William Lieberman CEO, over there. Jim took a position in that company as president, hes associating himself with this guy and $FXPT, and that tells me all I need to know about his ethics and business tactics. How can a company with no assets, no income, no money, and 23.7 million in debt afford a 100,000.00 ++ PR campaign?? Do some research on Liebs with his other corporate demolition jobs, try $MMTE and $TTXP for starters...By the way, the initial trial hearings started today in NY for Liebs and $MMTE....You dont think the A/S was just increased to 3 billion over at $FXPT for nothing do you??
