The point I'm trying to make is that Natcore's patent protection filings were filed by a Chinese company, and assurances were given that they will be honored.

Could there be trouble down the road, sure. In America, the government files anti-trust suits against companies. NO business is entirely safe ANYWHERE in the world.

Natcore is doing everything they can to protect themselves.
