what they are doing is wrong because....

1. it's a waste of tax payer money. especially in this economy.

2. the urgency of concluding the lawsuit because parts of UWBK is being sold off as we speak. the judge has agreed to this.

since the judge is well aware that this lawsuit needs to proceed in a prompt manner, i am hoping she sees through their tactics and disallows such ploys.

i am hoping that such tactics will, in the end, lean the balance towards UWBK's favor, because it is the same shady behavior that has landed us in this lawsuit in the first place.

such tactics that waste time in such an urgent case, will just reflect badly on their part.

the judge is highly intelligent and will know what they are upto.
