Neither the company or mgmt is dumping any shares.
Ebay keeps emailing them and asking for the same info. Which is proof they own the company. All of which is already on file with ebay when they opened the store. She was in the process of refaxing the info and following it up with regular mail. Ebay says they can't read the drivers license. She & Dave are both very frustrated by this, understandably.
Rhonda said that the o/s should be similar to where it was at the 10Q. If any change it would be minimal. Dave handles this and she did'nt want to commit to a number when she was'nt sure exactly.
Dave will be back tomorrow.
Everything at MSEP is on the up & up. They have 2 auditors, ! accountant,1 SEC attorney who approves all their filings and press releases.
There is NO pending litigation.
They hired a permanent IT guy 2 months ago to keep all sites running and up to date.
Hired a co to improve search engine access to sites.
The TA is not gagged. The TA policy is not to release info over the phone. TA directs investors to get o/s online.
Rhonda is emailing me the address.
Sales are steadily improving.
They are concerned about PPS.
I think Rhonda is great. Pleasant to talk to, honest in my opinion and very business like. Dave is still open to communicating with shares holders, phone or email.
