Just spoke to Danielle at Sarissa's Transfer Agent, Capital Transfer Agency,Inc. regarding the Director's Circular.
She indicated that the Information Packet refered to as the "Directors Circular" will contain many forms and information such as Proxy Statement, annual report, meeting location, new business and financial developments plus other pertinent information.

This information packet will be sent out by Capital Transfer Agency,Inc. on Sept.15,2011 to a company called Broadridge.

Broadridge will in turn mail out the Director's Circular to the Shareholder's of Record, via USPS mail to the Shareholder's mailing address listed on their individual accounts on record with Capital Transfer Agency,Inc.

Broadrigde has offices in New York City, which will be the location that the Director's Circular will be mailed from.
May take a day or two for sharesholder's to receive this information packet.

Hope this clears up some misgivings about the subject matter.

I believe we will see some upward price movement in SRSR, as we get closer to "D" day and knowledge of what Sarissa plans to accomplish in the days and years ahead.
New investor's sitting on the sidelines will not want to be waiting to buy for fear of dynamic news and be left at the station.
JMHO as we all have waited a long time for this "DAY"
