GMND may be a penny stock but there is no reason except big news that this company would do 4 years of updated financials. Look at todays news in every big newspaper. I just read the Daily News of New York City online. On the first page is a major article about an American plan to regain jobs for 50,000 people to 'frac' the rock of Pennsylvania and New York. PA is much more extensive than NY and the water tables are easily analyzed before any gas poroject starts. So, this is why GMND has as a deal with this oil terminal in PA.

I am accumulating until the big news arrives. I think this stock gets much exposure very soon. EMXC seems to think so because they bought into it a short while ago.
