Did you know that CURRENTLY they are diluting, but EMXC has refused to update the otcbb with the current O/S and float which would inform all investors? (last update was in FEBRUARY! lol)

What this means is that in 3-4 months when we MAY FINALLY all finally learn the extent of the current dilution, people can then again claim the dilution is "in the past", and we set up again for the next round of dilution. This is the beauty of revealing your dilution months after it happened, its always in the past! lol!

Lastly when the naive pink sheet investors find out about the dilution, Roxie will give an explanation of WHY the dilution happened. As long as there is a "reason", then the pink sheet investors don't seem to mind. (of course, ALL dilution, in ANY company, is for a reason, but somehow hearing a "reason" from Roxanna makes the dilution ok with them) It is very entertaining watching this happen!

This cycle has happened to the tune of OVER 99.9% dilution since 2001, all of that except 7 months under the "leadership" of Roxanna Weber!

Of course, this technique works easily on pink sheet "investors"! They don't mind at all... as long as there is a "promise" of a bright future (forget the past promises that never materialized)!

Since 2000... one thing you can count on from Emax is... DILUTION!
