Share structure here is amazing. Float is tiny, on july 27th it only took 1.4 million volume to take this to $0.40. That was over a 1000% gain. The share structure hasn't changed since then. If whoever has that 1.2 million block on the bid starts hitting the ask this is going to move up fast.
