With many penny stocks there is hope. No reason for hope here that I know of, and I've been following this one for a very long time. No real assets worth anything, deeply in debt, no operations other than printing shares to sell, a closed mine that lost money when it was open, "operating" subsidiary in bankruptcy, only one employee who controls the company with his preferred shares, etc. There hasn't even been a PR for as long as I can remember. This company does nothing but print and share stock to pay Eugene's salary. If someone wants to dump their money into his pocket it's their choice, but it won't be because I didn't try to warn them. Or because there weren't any number of red flags for anyone who did their DD.
