No proof so far that Dean Janes requested a meeting with the FDA. The fact that he has waited close to a year to set up a meeting is ludicrous! Meetings are usually set up in 30 days after recieving an NSE letter from the FDA. Janes game is to stall, stall and stall some more. He can not address any of the issues line out in the FDA letters so...WTF!!!
