Typically when a senior exec resigns, its to spend more time with family (been fired), moving onto a great opportunity (worried about being fired), or simply more money.
This company should put something out explaining why. Ms Harrs should have said something. Just to quit shows rancour on one of the two sides part and any investor should be extremely worried
