They certainly don't control the rest of the shareholders on the board and the price in which they sell. A scheme like that would take huge cooperation from all those involved and really isn't worth the time discussing such a theory. Most of the large shareholders are in the red at this point so they would need a big lift to break-even and a he'll of a lot more volume than 5 million shares traded
