I have seen the site several times. I live near Boston but travel in the Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre area. (Pennsylvania).
Wilkes_Barre is 20 minutes from the terminal facility.

They have started doing things there and I believe it relates to either biofuel or the Marcellus Shale natural gas. This terminal not only sits on the Marcellus Shale but is the only terminal in Eastern Pennsylvania that sits adjacent to the Susquehanna River. That river is polluted and will be used for the billions of gallons of water needed to maintain gas well drilling in shale rock. Requirements are in the millions of gallons of water to fracture('frac') the rock going down 5000 feet and then horizontally drilling.

The water needs to be put back as clean or dirty as it was taken from the river. That requires a facility for testing and cleaning. This site is perfect and that is the reason I think EMXC through its water remodification connections have an interest.

The biodiesel subsidies in Pennsylvania are strong. PA is a great state for this type of progressive outlook and much more so, politically, then New York.

EMXC took an equity position in GMND because of this site. I also did some research into the site and all I can tell you is that the people behind this place are connected to the T. Boone Pickens, Push.Pickens Plan.com. They have 5 million members.

Something really big is brewing here and EMXC will greatly benefit from it. GMND is incredibly cheap and I have bought as much as I can right now. I look to buy more at .01 or better, if I can.
