Giving to the oldies seems it would regenerate interest with those who held and to those that sold (to reenter). Lot of the successful old timers have sold at highs and bought back lower shares. I would expect an offering of warrants to new shareholders in the future

The giant partnership/JV PR could be days, weeks or months away.

It's the warrants that they want to initially use to raise the big money from.
