Cos why would anyone buy QASP now even if at .0001 when Joe plans to double o/s and then do r/s? After more dilution and the r/s even .0001 will be too high. Once the dilution machine started up as Joe said QASP is toast for shareholders. More dilution after what dean did was always a death blow to shareholders.
