Maybe a PR about getting ready to sign an agreement with an international cosmetic manufacturer or maybe Gary will just say that he is in negotiations with a large manufacturer for the "proprietary compound" in the Stemtide products?" PR charges are based on how many words are in the PR. The more words, the more the PR costs to "release" so short and sweet will keep it cheap.

Read that first part again and then go to one of those promotional companies and read their "disclaimer" and you'll find that kind of wording. Most will also say that they can sell all or any of their position at any time during the promotion.

Yup, I think Gary has an event planned and 1 or more promotional companies are involved and Gary will probably do a PR too.
