I have not seen any promotions, and the company has significant growth plans - the website of the company discusses them openly.

Titan Oil & Gas exploration is not keeping any secrets either - and are very transparent. The filing reports with SEC are all up to date. And Titan Oil & Gas sec filings clearly reflect the 8 for 1 split from July of 2010.

The truth is that Titan Oil & Gas doesn't say anything at all that can be promoted until after they have done it, and that is just good business to me. If you do more research on the company you will see there hasn't been any promotions to speak of.

If I'm wrong - feel free to post the link for it, but how do I know that promotion is real or done by them and not by someone else?

Why brag about it if it hasn't been done yet in PR and than have it fall through. Personally I like Titan Oil & Gas and the management team. Go TNGS!!
