In regards to Board of Directors:

This was done verbal as i did end up speaking with IR last week. I suppose on verbals someone else could pose same question just to confirm same answer given to have validity from poster.

Only Howard is listed as Board Chaiman as of now. Invitations have been sent out and list of candidates are expected to be chosen and included in next quarterly,(soon).. The only hint was that he felt comfortable a Doctor was already a firm member, but not 100%. No other names of candidates mentioned.
