BRCD $3.29 after missing:
"The San Jose networking equipment maker (NASDAQ:BRCD) now expects to post revenue between $500 million and $505 million for the three months ended July 30. It now expects earnings on an adjusted basis to be between 8 cents and 9 cents a share.

Brocade previously forecast adjusted quarterly profit to be between 10 cents and 11 cents a share on revenue between $540 million and $560 million.

The company last year posted a profit of 5 cents a share on revenue of $503.5 million.

The company will formally announce results Aug. 18."
