bull, why do you think somebody believes the buyout will be in the $72 range? I assume you are basing that comment on the current share price.

The market is not going to take the share price all the way up to the expected buyout price. There are too many risks that the deal will fall through or other bad events will occur between now and the time a deal is finalized. Only when we have an offer from a buyer and the amount of the offer is made public will you see the share price approach that level. There will always be a discount applied in the open market, because nobody is going to buy into the stock at the same price they expect it to sell for. There has to be room for some gains as well as downside protection.
