uhhhh, that's a little misleading...

"exactly what SLMU got" is not "basically nothing." They got something: a company called Sunlogics Power Fund Management, Inc. We can debate the value of SPFM- you believe that is zero or close to it- longs disagree due to the potential of its exclusive right of first refusal to purchase all solar construction by Sunlogics, Inc.

But to say that SPFM is "basically, nothing" is just blind.
