I was looking into the Broadfin 13g yesterday as well...what I don't get is how the author if this article knew what Broadfin's previous ownership % was (ie. 2.29). I looked thru LCI's filings and there was no previous 13g filed. And Broadfin wasn't in item 12 of the latest 10-k. So where did this Rabicoff guy know about their prior ownership %?
