Another consideration with car dealerships and big-box retailers is the "Micro Wind Turbine," which spins, attracting attention and announcing eco-concern for energy conservation. That said, not sure if anyone has discussed possible negatives with the Eco-Pole. For those who have seen it in action, is there any any noise (whistling, etc.)? If there are bearings involved, do they have to be lubricated on a maintenance schedule or are they lifetime-sealed? Who makes the battery? Voltage? How easy is it to steal from the base of the pole assuming it has value? Wish SavWatt would compile a FAQ with complete specifications unless they're concerned about the competition knowing all. I don't think it can be emphasized enough that SavWatt offers a line of LED products. Wish a lighting designer was on the board. Those guys invariably know their stuff. GLTA
