May be you could look at the Vortex Software at:

This software is also a Portfolio Administration System. The Vortex Algorithms can easily be changed to the AIM BTB Algorithms.

Maybe it is a good idea to look at it and let me know what you would need extra(Charting and stock price importing I suppose?).

The Vortex Program will let you make up any number of portfolios as you want. Each Portfolio can be made up of as many funds as you like. The Trading Management is done on each fund separately but the Reserve is common for the funds in the Portfolio. This allows you to borrow money for a fund that needs it. It that sense the Reserve is a common pool that you make up as you add funds to the portfolio with the C/E Ratio you allocate to the funds you select.

The only thing that Vortex does different is the PC-calculation, and that can be changed in a jiffy to a standard AIM BTB. On my Excel spreadsheets I also have a Vortex Option in which the PC-Update is exactly

PC2=PC1 + F*Buy

and with the selection of F=0,5 Vortex Mimics AIM BTB to the Tee.

Maybe I misread your question?
It's not too much to ask to change Vortex into AIM BTB but I would need to let the programmer do that work. For me it is not to much to ask some money for that work.
