TSTRQ will not own any SPECTRUM. DISH WILL OWN EVERYTHING.


The attorney did not say that. The number is actually under $100 million and that is just paying secured debt and admin claims and that is before the 15 secured holders also claiming another over $300 million.

Then behind that are $177 million to the 6%, over $100 million to Sprint, well over $100 million in other unsecured claims and $500 million in claims from preferred shareholdrs.

Common stock is WORTHLESS
