I did not include in the tremendous list of Mr. Steven Sprague "achievements" the miserable reality of him never buying any single share of Wave Systems Company thereby showing the complete trust in his own statements and predictions about the future of the company. On the contrary he only sold his options with hear breaking explanations about the need of his family. Obviously his almost 1 mln. income/year is not enough. nevertheless, he is indeed not obliged by any means to buy the stock of the company he is running. But the fact itself is shameful and certainly not up to a responsible and qualified CEO.
