The 8K was great until investors saw that SRT racked up another huge bill. Guess who is gonna pay for it. I hate to say this because I am invested here, but we could see that nasty "D" word soon. Well, I will go ahead and say it, DILUTION.

This is not good, looking for a good exit point and some did this morning.
