I think the rest of the expenses show that Walter and Jung are doing the best they can with the resources they have.
Let's not forget that when Walter came on board last July, the patent was in litigation, the Company was broke, and the share price was 2 to 3 cents.
We see Water sharing an office and Jung likewise sharing an office and laboratory, Jung apparently paying his way with services rendered to Mag Power.
I for one, appreciate Walter's and Jung's efforts and look forward to the proto batteries being completed soon.

P.S. What I didn't like was this: "The Company also entered into an agreement with Lee A. Balak, a former director and officer of the Company, on January 10, 2005, pursuant to which the Company released Mr. Balak of all claims it may have against Mr. Balak which are related to any act that Mr. Balak did or failed to do in his capacity as an officer or director of the Company. Pursuant to the Agreement, Mr. Balak agreed to surrender to the Company his ownership of 4,000,000 shares of the common stock of the Company ..."
