The going rate for coal is 79 bucks a ton. If you are a foreign company that has a need to coal, why contract with an unknown company and pay a 25% premium. This makes absolutely no sense. So, XYZ company is expecting 100,000 tons a month of coal from GLER. What do they do when it doesn't show up. I guess they shut the factory down.
