His "model" for WiLan/WIN is projected at $14.07 (same as $14.63 for WILN?)

His "target" for WiLan/WIN is projected at $10.70 (same as $11.13 for WILN?)

Acker was bullish on WiLan and sheepishl that he couldn't buy it inasmuch as he is restricted by a minimum criteria ithat limits him to higher cap stocks...presumably above 1.1 Billion CAD/USD?
