from stock190:"lakers17, SMKT only has 31M shares OS even when you include in the current draw from Cornell. Compare this share structure to the other stocks that you have seen Cornell involved with and you will see that most of those other companies have an OS in excess of 100M - 300M + shares.

As EZ pointed out, if you are concerned that Cornell is involved here (I am not) it is in your best interest to contact the TA to get an updated OS count periodically to ease your concerns.

SMKT will have a very viable and marketable product soon that is capable of producing some sizeable revenues in the near future.

The pricing for their software will be @ $1,500/month and they expect to have between 500-1000 users. That's $9 - 18 M in revenues. Add to that the fact that we should be seeing an update soon on their latest RM candidate and it's easy to see that this one has huge potential.
