Now people know what they hold. 34M OS. Low float!

Everybody can see with his own eyes that everytime they convert they put a filing 8K out.
YES, they asked the shareholders in 2010 to vote for an A/S of 6B. I do not know if that went through. But at least they file what they converted which is not always transparent with other OTCB stocks who dilute when ever they need the money to make a trip or buy a car.

They got a financial agreement. Where do you think that money is coming from? Of course..from converted shares.

But, on the other side ... if they have something important and that news comes out, 34M float will be peanuts.
