Wilan's settlement today with TI worth $60 Million+/-

According to a CIBC research report, the estimated value of the Texas Instruments settlement should be approximately $60 Million over 6 years (paid quarterly of course)....

That yields $10 Million per year

With Wi-Lan's high operating leverage, assume that 70% goes to the bottom line, totalling $7 Million. (an assumption from a more learned investor than myself)

Given 122 Million shares outstanding, that gives an estimated additional EPS of 0.057.

Assume a "conservative" multiple of 12 (it should be 15, but whatever)

This yields a shareprice increase of .68

As of right now, the share price (WIN, not WILN) is up .66

So........

With all that is still in the pipeline this year....(Apple, LG,..... etal)

With all that is in the pipeline next year ( 3GPP, Cable, Gladios, .....etal)

WIN/WILN is (even at these record highs).....just plain dirt cheap.

Back up the truck.
