what ever,individual, group, or State Agency that has started this lawsuit, stemming out of Ca,I understand it to be. I hope they have some real good intentions on obtaining shell &oing something postive with it. That's what I'm hoping for, and they don't drag their arss's in doing something positive for this shell.
